This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how SMS Digital collects, uses and protects your personal data when you access, use or play the games, features, content and services we develop and operate — through our mobile applications, websites and any other channels (together, the “Services”).

Please take a moment to read this Policy so you understand how your data is handled and can make informed choices. By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data as described below.

1. Who we are

SMS Digital is an independent mobile game studio based in Pakistan. SMS Digital is the controller (or holds an equivalent role under applicable law) responsible for the personal data processed under this Policy.

2. The data we collect about you

We collect both personal and non-personal data when you use the Services. “Personal data” means any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual. The table below lists the data our games may collect and why.

If you contact us through our website or by email, we also receive the details you choose to send, such as your name, email address and the contents of your message, which we use only to respond to you.

3. Special categories of personal data

Some types of personal data — such as information about racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, health or sexual orientation — are treated as especially sensitive in many jurisdictions. Our Services do not collect any of these special categories of personal data.

4. How your personal data is collected

We collect personal data automatically through the Services (including through the third-party SDKs described in Section 6), and directly from you when you contact us by email, phone, post, our website's contact form or any other channel you choose.

5. Legal basis for collecting and using personal data

We process personal data only where applicable law allows it. Depending on the context and purpose, we rely on one or more of the following:

• Consent — where you have given informed consent. You may withdraw it at any time; this does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.
• Contractual necessity — where processing is needed to provide the Services you request and to perform our agreement with you.
• Legal obligation — where the law requires us to collect or use personal data.
• Legitimate interests — where permitted, to operate, secure and improve our games and business.
• Other lawful bases — any other basis available under applicable law.

6. Cookies, SDKs and similar technologies

Our Services use cookies, software development kits (SDKs) and similar technologies to provide core and additional features. We integrate third-party services for analytics, advertising and monetisation. We use these technologies to:

• provide, maintain and improve the Services;
• understand how players use the Services;
• display and manage in-app advertising;
• study the functionality and performance of the Services; and
• protect the Services and our players against fraud, misuse and unlawful activity.

These third parties may collect data under their own privacy policies, and we do not have access to the information they collect. Below are the 54 third-party SDKs and services we may integrate into our mobile applications, each linked to its provider's privacy policy. We update this list as we add or remove integrations.

Ad personalisation choices: on Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalisation, under Settings → Google → Ads. On iOS, you can manage app tracking under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. You will still see ads, but they may be less relevant. Our authorised ad sellers are listed in our app-ads.txt file.

7. Third-party links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, plug-ins and applications. Following those links may take you to services we do not control. Please review the privacy policy of every third-party service you visit to understand how it handles your personal data.

8. Disclosure

• We do not disclose your personal data to third parties unless you have consented or another legal basis allows it.
• We may use data processors (and sub-processors) to handle personal data for the purposes in this Policy. We require them to keep it strictly confidential and to process it only as needed to meet their contractual or legal obligations.
• If we sell, transfer or merge any part of our business or assets, personal data may be disclosed to the new owner, who will take on our rights and obligations under this Policy.
• We may disclose personal data where required for national security, law enforcement or the public interest.

9. International transfer of data

Depending on how our apps and websites are configured, which may change over time, your personal data may be stored on servers in Pakistan or in other countries. Where this counts as an international or cross-border transfer under applicable law, we will identify a lawful basis for the transfer and put in place appropriate safeguards to protect your data to the required standard.

10. Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this Policy. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

11. Your legal rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights over your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate personal data.
• Erasure — ask us to delete your personal data.
• Restriction — ask us to limit how we process your personal data.
• Portability — ask us to help transfer your personal data to another organisation.
• Withdraw consent — at any time, where processing is based on consent.
• Complain — lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.

12. Children's data

Our Services are enjoyed by players of many ages, but we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has given us personal data, contact us at salehasaeed494@gmail.com and we will remove it.

Players aged 13 to 18 (or the age of a minor where you live) should get permission from a parent or legal guardian before using the Services.

13. Data security

We take the protection of your personal data seriously. We use reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical, organisational and physical safeguards, in line with applicable law, to protect it against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised access or disclosure, misuse and any other unlawful processing.

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make an important change — for example, to the types of personal data we collect — we will make the updated Policy prominently available through the Services, and we will update the “Last updated” date above.
